The group is structured according to the Scouting Ireland constitution and rules .

The group is managed by the Group Council, a comittee comprising the group leader, group chairperson, group secretary, group treasurer, group spritual advisor, up to three scouters from each programme section, up to three representatives from the parents & friends comittee and additionally co-opted members as deemed appropriate by the council.

Working closely with Group Council is the Parents & Friends comittee, comprising parents of youth members as well as individuals having an association with or interest in the scout group.
