The 2006 Cavan/Monaghan County Scout competition held at Tannagh was won by the Carrick scout team. Carrickmacross were represented by patrol leader Niall Woods, Shane Mc Connell, Siobhan Hayes, Katie Morris, Alice Cunningham, Jim Duffy, Stephen Kearney. See the full report.
