Dear Parents/Guardians,
We are currently in the process of organising our programme for the coming year, taking account of the Covid 19 situation. We want to assure parents/guardians that your children will be attending meetings and events in complete safety.
We have appointed a Covid Officer within the group to ensure all guidelines will be strictly adhered to when we return. Our guidelines and procedures will be sent to you shortly.
With this in mind we need to know who will be returning to us in the Autumn so, we would ask that you confirm, within the next week, if your son/daughter will be coming back to us.
